Abuse has a run-and-gun style of game, resembling a side-scrolling platform game.
In Abuse, you start off being imprisoned in a high security facility. You are falsely accused of and witness a horrific sight where everyone in the facility is turned into inhuman monsters.
Before the horrific virus spreads outside of the facility, you must get to the bottom of the facility, gaining weapons and armor to help you along the way.
