Alt+S in Microsoft Outlook
In Microsoft Outlook, pressing Alt+S sends the e-mail being composed.
Alt+S in Microsoft PowerPoint
In Microsoft PowerPoint, Alt+S opens the Slide Show tab in the Ribbon. After using this shortcut, press an additional key to select an option in the Slide Show tab. For example, after pressing Alt+S, you could press B to start a slide show from the beginning.
