Default password

A default password is a password (usually "123," "admin," "root," "password," "<blank>," "secret," or "access") assigned to a program or hardware device by the developer or manufacturer. Although default passwords may help protect from some users, anyone who knows what they are doing can usually guess a default password.
Therefore, it is always recommended you change your default password to a password only you would know. Leaving the default password enabled is almost as bad as having no password at all.
