Disconnect

Disconnect may refer to any of the following:

1. With computing, the term disconnect when a user is either voluntarily or involuntarily cut off from a network. A good example is when you turn off or lose your Internet connection or leave an FTP session.

With online computer gaming, a player may indicate they were DC'd (disconnected) if they left during an important point in the game.

2. When describing a movie, Disconnect is 2012 movie about a group of people searching for human connection in today's wired world.
