Opaque

Opaque may refer to any of the following:
1. Alternatively called opacity, opaque describes a graphic, image, or graphic element that is not transparent. For example, the left portion of the Nokia cell phone picture is set to 100% opacity and looks normal. However, the right portion of the phone is set to 50% opacity, making the right side appear partially transparent.
2. With a device or program, opaque can have multiple meanings. It can mean not letting any information through a device or program or a device or program that lets information through without processing it.
