OxygenOS

Released in March 2015, OxygenOS is a proprietary operating system developed for the OnePlus brand of smartphones. It is based on the open-source operating system, Android. While having all of the basic stock Android features, OxygenOS includes slight variations in the user interface. It kept features that were removed in the latest Android update and provides additional customization options. These options are not available on other Android phones without downloading a third-party launcher.

HydrogenOS

OxygenOS is known as HydrogenOS in China, the country where the company is based. This version of the operating system is integrates fewer services that rely on Google.
