Passport

Introduced with the Windows 10 update in 2015, Passport is a web-based Microsoft service that stores user information such as the user's password, name, and other personal information. Sites that utilize the Microsoft passport service can log a user into a service without having them sign up for it.
Since its release as Passport, it was renamed to Windows Live ID and today, the feature is called "logging in with your Microsoft account" by participating third-party websites and apps.
If a service supports this feature, you may log in with your Microsoft username and password instead of creating an account for that service.
