Reaction video
A reaction video is a video of one or more people consuming another person's content, and then recording their thoughts and feelings about it in real-time. In some reaction videos, the people involved don't know they're being filmed. In others, the participant(s) is made aware they're being recorded specifically to get their perspective. For example, the following video is from the Common Man Show. In it, villagers react to a demonstration showing them the scale of the universe.

Copyright issues and fair use
When reacting to someone else's content, it's important to be aware of Copyright and fair use. Most content creators allow their content to be used as long as it's not copied in its entirety. In other words, you cannot record a whole movie with you reacting. However, fair use laws do allow you to utilize short clips of the video or transform it into something new. See our fair use page for further information.
