How to find a lost mobile device

If you lose your mobile device, use one of its built-in features to help locate it. The service you use depends on what type of device you're using.

Note

To use any of the services listed below, you must first enable them in your device's settings, and make sure Location Services is enabled.

Find your Android mobile device

To find an Android mobile device, use the Android Find My Device feature.

If it's a Samsung device, use Samsung's SmartThings Find service.

To find an Apple mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Apple AirTag), use Apple's Find My feature.
