With computers, NTWY is short for noteworthy. It's an adjective that means a device or product deserves attention or notice because it is remarkable, significant, or outstanding in some way. For example, when the transistor started replacing the vacuum tube in the late 1940s, it was noteworthy because it was cheaper and more efficient. They were so noteworthy that they're still used today. If a device has a CPU (central processing unit), it uses transistors.
